  • Please Help (This Problem Might Interest you)

Mr. Smith , aged 35, wants to purchase a 10 year endowment insurance. A death benefit of 10,000 pesos payable at the moment of death is given if he dies before reaching the age of 45. An endowment benefit of 7,000 pesos is given to him upon reaching 45. Find the Net Single Premium (NSP) for his plan, using the SOA-Illustrative Life table (ILT) @ 6% and UDD.

Hi there ken, is this equation of yours the same as: [(10000)*A35*(i/delta)] - [(10000)*A45(i/delta)^35] + [(7000)^35]???

      Thanks!
