Actuary.com/Actex Contest Winner

Wonder if I should post my queries here. Well, I received a private message from the admin last week saying that I am one of weekly winner of the Actex/Actuary.com contest and ACTEX will credit your ACTEX IPASS rewards account for $75 worth of credits.
I have yet to receive any news or credits so far, what should I do?

I'm in the same situation. I emailed Jay and he said my account should be credited within 10 days. This was about 6 days ago.

i received their confirmation finally, from actuary.com. However, i have not seen any credits in my account yet? Or, anyone could please kindly let me know how to check the credits on my account?

We apologize for the delay in this. I believe the email we sent you on the 18th mentioned it would take a week or so to get you the credits. When the credits are put into your Actex account, Actex will send you a notice. Once again, I am sorry for the delay.
