calculating interest rate of an annuity when AV is given

I am studying for FM and I am trying to calculate interest rate on my calculator for the following eqn and am getting an error message ..Can someone please explain how to calculte

s angle at 12 = 13.20 interest rate is unk , how do I calculate it ?
