When can I register for August exam P

When can I register for August exam P sitting? Do I have to wait till the July one is finished before I can register? I went on the SOA website to register and it wasn't available.

There isn't an August exam for P. They are given every 2 months. The next one is Sept., registration deadline is Aug. 6.

My mistake, I meant September. I tried to register and the drop down for exam p was closed. Just wanted to know when I could register for the next exam in September.
