  • Find the marginal pdf of Y2

    Can anybody help with this problem?

    Let X and Y be a random sample from f(x) = 3/x^2 , 3<X<infinity. From the joint pdf of Y1= X1/X2 and Y2=X1X2, find the marginal pdf of Y2, where non-zero. Ans: [9/y]{ln(9/y2)}

    Many thanks
