    Institute of Actuaries and SOA

The Institute rules for transition from SOA are here:
    http://www.actuaries.org.uk/Display_...s/soaexemp.xml

The SOA rules for transition from the Faculty of Actuaries and the Institute of Actuaries are here:
    http://www.soa.org/ccm/content/exams...stitute-exams/

This is really not an exam P question, isn't it?

This is not what your question was. Rules under new system wil be known when the new system is known. The new SOA system beyond the first four exams has not been determined yet.
