Exam P vs CT3

Hey guys, I am in University (Australia) at the moment and would like to know how much difference there is between the "Exam P" and "CT3" exemptions. I have checked the outline for my university course and all I can find extra is a bit of regression stuff which may not be in Exam P? The reason I am asking is because I want to purchase TIA's online seminar but I'm not sure whether it is worth it or not. Could someone please help?

I think TIA's practice exam is definitely worth it, not sure about the course itself. I passed by using Guo's manual, TIA's first 4 free practice exams and SOA 153.
