Seeking a Proctor in Hong Kong

I come from Hong Kong and I am self studying. Therefore, I can't find a Proctor. What can I do? Will NEAS arrange me a Proctor?

Or, is there anyone in Hong Kong taking the exam? Would you let me to join? Thanks in advance.
